The Concierge is at the very heart of The Ritz-Carlton experience. Twenty four hours a day / seven days per week, the Residences Concierge is available to assist you with arrangements and tasks both on and off property.
With over 600 parking spaces within its five acre garage, the Ritz Carlton Baltimore offers valet parking for residents and their guests. Reserved self parking is also available for residents.
Whether escorting resident’s guests, delivering packages, or assisting with any other resident’s needs, the Ritz-Carlton porters are available to assist in making your five star lifestyle everything you expect from a Ritz Carlton.
Providing 24/7 security is the responsibility of The Ritz Carlton Loss Prevention Division. With over 80 exterior cameras, key fob access entrances, and security personnel, Residents will feel quite secure in and around this exquisite community.
The Resident Lounge is a wonderful community space designed to enhance your living experience. Offering multiple gathering areas, a grand piano, bar, fireplace and flat screen TV, the lounge provides a wonderful setting for gatherings.
The Boardroom provides the convenience of a home office, a personal conference room, and small gathering venue all in one. With seating at the conference table for up to twenty two and video conferencing, the Resident Board Room rivals many professional settings.
The Game and Billiards Room provides numerous opportunities for resident enjoyment. Multiple TV locations, fireplaces, numerous gaming tables, a large bar and catering area, and plentiful seating make this space perfect for your next event.
The private 18 seat (plus six bar stool) theater is available for private events, special occasions or simply a chance to relax . With Comcast, Apple, Netflix, DVD, BlueRay and other streaming connectivity, the Theater is not only luxurious, it is downright practical.
The indoor pool is open year round from 5:00am to 11:00pm for resident and guest enjoyment. There is an adjacent indoor hot tub and locker rooms offer changing stations, personal lockers and a sauna for a truly five star experience.
The world class Fitness Center is available to residents and guest 24/7 – 365 days a year. With both aerobic and strength training equipment, residents can enjoy a quick workout or bring in a personal trainer for a more demanding regimen.

The Meditation Garden is located on the Federal Hill side of the complex between the on-site spa and Indoor Pool just adjacent to the Fitness Center. Offering residents a place to relax and enjoy the fountain and fresh air between a workout and swim.
As a the owner of a Ritz Carton Residence, you are entitled to discounted hotel stays at participating Ritz Carlton Hotels worldwide whether you make the reservation yourself – or have the Resident Concierge handle it for you.
One of the more frequently utilized services – The Ritz Carlton Concierge will receive and process your packages. From delivery to your Butler’s Pantry, to a “hold until return policy”, your parcels will be safe and sound.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
No need to make hotel reservations for your guests – The Ritz Carlton Baltimore offers six suites for Resident guests. Available on a first come basis, the suites range in size and bedding configuration and offer guests a full service stay for only $125 per night.
Twenty two deep water slips are available for lease on an annual or transient basis. Accommodating watercraft up to 100 ft, the marina provides electricity, fresh water, security and direct access to the Chesapeake Bay.
The restaurant at The Ritz Carlton Baltimore is currently closed for renovations. The 6000 sq ft facility will offer residents a convenient venue for lunch and dinner as well as providing lunch and dinner room service to the residences.
Currently under construction – the spa at the Ritz Carlton is under new ownership. Offering salon and spa services that rival any five star resort, the spa is a convenient amenity afforded to the residents of this exquisite building.
Housekeeping for the common areas is provided by Ritz Carlton staff seven days a week. Residents can also order varying levels of housekeeping services from the concierge and contract on a daily, weekly, monthly, or as-needed basis.
Transportation services can be arranged by the concierge 24 hours a day / 7 days a week – from simply calling a cab or informing you that your Uber or Lift has arrived, to arranging luxury or large scale transportation to and from your residences.
Dry cleaning services are available through an approved third party vendor or any other cleaning service with a delivery option. Items left in the Butler’s pantry will be removed, cleaned and returned – often in the same day.
Multiple approved vendors are available for pet walking / sitting services. Mobile pet washing stations are also a frequent sight outside of the Ritz Carlton Residences.
